Lloyd Boudloche - Owner/Therapy Director

Lloyd received his bachelor degree from Southwestern Assembly of God University in Waxahachie, Texas in 1990. He went on to earn his Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty, University in Lynchburg, Virginia. He also earned a certificate in Autism from the University of Massachusetts of Lowell in Lowell, Massachusetts. In December of 2016, he earned his doctoral degree in education from Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. He has worked with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities in a variety of settings including school districts, clinics, and home settings through the practice of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 2009. He has earned his BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analysis) certification, and his licenses from the State of Louisiana as a Licensed Behavior Analysis (LBA), and Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S). He has experience in creating and implementing behavior change and counseling.

My wife, Melanie and I started Behavioral Developmental Services, LLC in response to the staggering growth with children with ASD. We specialize in not just helping the child but also to help the families maintain a more productive life style while coping with ASD. We are Christian based company that believes that "all things are possible through Christ." Behavioral Developmental Services, LLC isn't just our business it's our love and passion to help these families in need. Together we have 6 kids and when we aren't helping others we enjoy traveling, camping and sports.

Amelia Boudloche Banks, M.A., LPC & LBA

Amelia N. (Boudloche) Banks is a licensed behavior analyst, licensed professional counselor, and a certified school counselor in the state of Louisiana, She is a current member of ACA, AACC, LCA, CSI, LaBAA, ABAI, and APBA. She has an undergraduate degree in Psychology and her Master's in Counseling and Guidance from Louisiana Tech University. She has worked with children on the Autism Spectrum and diagnosed with behavior disorders over the last 5 years in behavioral therapy, the classroom, and in a counseling setting.

In addition to experience with ASD, during her Master's, Amelia worked as Graduate Assistant to the Counseling and Guidance Program Director. In that role she was involved in research projects and publications in the areas of suicide, body image, and bullying. She was also a member of the CACREP accreditation Self-Study team.

Amelia and her husband, Kendrick, live in Monroe, LA where he serves as a leader of The Crossing Church. They are the parents of Titus.

Victoria Johnson

I am Victoria Johnson, but I go by Gabi. I have a Bachelors and a Master’s degree in Psychology. I have been married 4 years in March, and we have twin 2 ½ year old boys. When I am not at work, I am spending my time with my family. I have been with BDS for nearly 2 years. I love what I do and the clients that we serve.

Josh McCormack, S.S.P., LBA

Josh received his bachelor's degree from Louisiana Tech University in 2004. He went on to receive a Specialist in School Psychology degree from Louisiana State University in Shreveport. Josh is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist and has worked as a school psychologist in public schools for the past four years. Prior to that, he gained five years experience working as a behavior therapist in ABA programs for autism. Josh completed additional coursework in ABA at Florida Institute of Technology. He became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and a Licensed Behavior Analyst in 2016. His professional interests are functional communication, leisure skills, and increasing independence.

Ana Gouge - Clinical Director

Ana attended Southeastern Louisiana University where she received her B.S. In Psychology and also a M.Ed in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.  She also earned certification as a Nationally Certified Counselor with NBCC and is a Registered Behavior Therapist through BACB. Ana is currently enrolled in a BCBA program. Ana has worked with children throughout undergrad and graduate school. She recently moved to the Monterey area to team up with Behavioral Developmental Services to expand services into Concordia and Catahoula Parishes and is currently the clinic lead in our LaSalle Parish clinic.  Prior to working with BDS, she worked with Mississippi Children’s Home Services in a pilot program providing early intervention ABA services.  Ana has worked with children in many different settings including schools, clinics, juvenile detention, and homes since graduating in 2011. She has been with Behavioral Developmental Services since February of 2016. Ana enjoys going to church at the Crossway Family Worship, spending time with her family, horses, and working on her farm.  In her spare time she loves traveling with her friends.
